Please pay attention to agreement # 6
Please be sure trash, debris, children's toys, pet toys, etc. are clear of the area to be serviced so as not to cause damage to our equipment. DOG POOP. Please remove or water down as much of it as possible. Poop is nasty. You don’t want it all over you anymore than we want it all over us. We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect courtesy on your part. We aren’t charging a fortune, ok, so yeah, please be considerate.
3. You must confirm your lawn appointment. Not doing so will cause the lawn to not be serviced. If there is an issue or you need a delay, etc., you need to communicate with us. Not doing so will risk you losing our lawn service.
4. Payment is due at time of service. We do not service pay-later type situations. As in pay for service later. You can pay per cut or pay for the entire month. Whichever you choose, you will need to arrange this with us prior to starting service with us.
5. If you plan to discontinue service at any point during the mowing season. We need to be informed at least 5 days before your service is due. Hey, this is not only manners, but we are adults here. << >> You would expect the same if it were you, ok? Not doing so could result in a penalty fee.
6. Due to liability reasons, when using our service, we don’t allow having others or yourself mow, trim, etc., during the mowing season while we are the service provider. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of your lawn care. By agreeing to an ongoing service interval term for the current season, you are ensuring that we can maintain the best possible service standards for your lawn. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
EXCEPT in certain cases, it is imperative that you notify us of your intent well in advance. This communication is essential to allow us sufficient time to survey and document any existing damage or the absence of damage prior to the scheduled service. Failing to provide this information will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service and could lead to the termination of our services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Accidents can occur even with the best intentions. If damage happens while mowing, we emphasize rule number 6: our team will take responsibility for damages caused by us and work to resolve the issue promptly. However, our service does not and will not cover damages from or caused by others. Clear communication is important, and we appreciate your cooperation.
EXAMPLE
If you, your child, a friend or other mows the lawn and accidentally breaks your window with a rock or something you may not notice the damage right away. If we return to mow and you find the damage later, it can lead to confusion about responsibility. This highlights the importance of Term #6. We take this rule seriously to avoid misunderstandings about potential damage during lawn care services. We will most likely terminate our service with you for violating rule #6
7. If you opted to not have fall clean-up service from us, another provider, or yourself. We are not responsible for the cleanup of leaves and debris accumulated during fall/winter as part of regular lawn mowing service. This is considered a different service. We can work with you if you are wanting these things cleaned up. We can try and resolve the mess, but at an additional cost.
You are responsible for repairing or replacing equipment due to negligence in following our rules. we ask for far less than many other lawn services, and we want to be upfront about your responsibilities. These machines cost over six thousand dollars, so we need your help in keeping us informed. Broken equipment can disrupt service not only for you but also for others who rely on us for affordable lawn care, We have clients that range from active military personnel, elderly residents, disabled individuals. Some in HOA areas who may face fines for service delays. Doing your part is helping us do our part.
2.Inform us of any areas that could cause injury to us or damage to equipment. Examples: hidden rocks, tree stumps, exposed pipes, rebar, holes, etc.
